About Us

West Winfield, New York

The good stuff is in the back.

King’s Backroom is an online furniture store based in West Winfield, New York. We offer solid wood furniture built new to order — bathroom vanities, consoles, TV and record stands, coffee, side and end tables, desks, bookshelves, wine racks, benches, coat racks, lamps and wall art — and ship it free across the contiguous United States.

Why solid wood

In a lot of old houses, the back room is where the things worth keeping end up: the sturdy table, the shelf that never sags, the bench everyone sits on to pull off their boots.

That's the kind of furniture we want to offer — solid hardwood pieces made to be used every day, simple enough to suit any room, and easy to refresh at home so they last for decades.

What we build

Vanities, consoles, TV & record stands — floating and freestanding bathroom vanities, entry consoles, TV and media stands, and record player stands.
Coffee, side & end tables, desks — live edge and sculptural coffee tables, side and end tables, nightstands and desks.
Bookshelves, tree shelves & wine racks — tree-branch, corner and sculptural bookshelves, wall shelves, wine racks and bar cabinets.
Benches, chairs, lamps, coat racks & wall art — entryway and garden benches, sculptural chairs, wood floor lamps, coat racks, cat trees and wall art.
